Individual Counseling
As a Master of Social Work intern, I will begin offering individual therapy in September 2026. My therapeutic approach is holistic and trauma-informed. I aim to hold space to witness all emotions and share tools for resilient mental health.
1:1, 60-minute sessions, offered in-person and virtually, through HealTree in Lewes, DE.
Unfortunately, I'm unable to accept insurance as an intern. Session rate ranges from $100-$150, but is flexible to accommodate need.
Life Coaching
As a certified life & health coach, I can offer focused guidance to help you prioritize yourself, make a change, and embrace transformational growth. Whether you have a specific goal or are just ready to level up, we can work together to get you where you want to go.
1:1, 60-minute sessions, offered in-person and virtually, through HealTree in Lewes, DE.
$125 per session.
